Extense Business Development Symposium – In Person

Brief: To support the planning and delivery of a private senior-level business development symposium for Black leaders across law and finance sectors. With limited internal resources and a fast-approaching deadline, Hay Events provided end-to-end logistics coordination, supplier and venue management, structured event planning, and strong on-site leadership to deliver a polished experience aligned with a senior C-suite audience.

Outcome: Hay Events successfully delivered a seamless and professional event experience at The Ned, ensuring all logistics, venue coordination, supplier management, and guest experience elements were executed to a high standard.
