The Journey of Hay Events
Hay Events was founded on a simple belief—events have the power to create access, shift perception, and build a lasting legacy.
After graduating with a First-Class degree in Events Management from the University of Hertfordshire, founder Tinique Hay immersed herself in the world of events, gaining hands-on experience across historic venues, large-scale productions, and high-profile brand activations.
From managing exclusive venue hires for global brands to delivering multi-day experiences, her journey shaped a deep understanding of what it takes to create events that truly resonate.
In December 2018, that experience—combined with a passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to build a lasting legacy—led to the creation of Hay Events.
Launched in February 2020, Hay Events has grown into a multi-award-winning, purpose-led event partner, navigating challenges—including the global pandemic—and continuing to deliver impactful experiences for founders, organisations, and communities. Today, Hay Events stands for more than just event delivery—it represents access, opportunity, and the power of intentional experiences to drive meaningful impact.
