Experience in organising small to large-scale events including a 5,000 exclusive in-person event at Epsom Downs Racecourse to a 250 in-person conference sponsored by Google and hosted at Google Head Office in London. Whether you would prefer to do a Virtual or Hybrid event, in 2020 we have supported over 40+ virtual events from an international webinar to a hybrid roundtable discussion.

STORY BEHIND HAY EVENTS
Hay events story began when Tinique Hay the Founder acquired a First Class Events Management degree from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014 since then Tinique has never looked back! Why? Its simple Tinique fell in love with the world of events and couldn’t see herself in any other industry.
Post graduating Tinique ventured into becoming part of the Event Sales and Marketing team within historic venues, to date Tinique has 9+ years of experience established within the meeting, conference and private event sector. From managing a 3-day exclusive venue hire filming for Disney’s Cruella to a 2-day large-scale event for Moet Summer House, Tinique had a light bulb moment in December 2018. Driven by the love and passion of working within the Events Industry alongside wanting to build an everlasting family legacy led to the birth of Tinique’s Event Management Agency Hay Events. A strong advocate for entrepreneurship Tinique wanted to focus on supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners with the growth of their businesses through the power of events.
During the year 2019, Tinique took the opportunity to build on Hay Events' strategy plan which led to the official launch of Hay Events in February 2020. Fast forward now to the present day Hay Events survived the global pandemic and has helped over 20 + entrepreneurs and small business owners plan events with impact to support the growth of their business.
