ERG Leaders Summit 2026

Brief

Our client appointed Hay Events to provide end-to-end logistical support and on-site event management for the ERG Leaders Summit 2026. The objective was to deliver a seamless delegate experience, allowing the client to focus on hosting meaningful conversations and engaging with attendees, whilst we managed the event operations behind the scenes. Our scope included venue coordination, supplier management, speaker and facilitator support, registration, event logistics, and on-the-day delivery to ensure every element of the summit ran smoothly.

Outcome

Hay Events successfully delivered a seamless event, ensuring all logistics, speaker coordination and delegate management were executed to a high standard. The summit created a welcoming environment for meaningful conversations around inclusive leadership and Employee Resource Groups, leaving delegates inspired and engaged. One attendee even commented that the summit should take place twice a year, highlighting the impact of the event. This also marked the third consecutive year of supporting the client, demonstrating the trust and long-term partnership we have built together.
